Terms of Service

This English version is a translation provided for convenience. If it differs from the Spanish original, the Spanish version prevails.
These terms govern the use of Vyclo Studio (“Vyclo”). By creating an account or using the service you accept them.
The service
Vyclo turns long videos into short clips with captions, keeps them in your library and, if you ask, publishes them to your connected networks. The service is in a pilot phase: it may change, have interruptions or imperfect results, and it is provided “as is”.
Your account
You are responsible for your account information and for keeping your password secure. Let us know if you notice unauthorized access.
Your content and your rights
- You may only process videos for which you have the necessary rights or permission. By uploading a file or pasting a link you confirm that you do.
- You keep ownership of your content. You grant us the limited permission needed to store it, process it and, when you ask, publish it on your behalf.
- You are responsible for what you publish and for following each platform's rules, including the YouTube Terms of Service.
Acceptable use
Do not use Vyclo to infringe copyright or image rights, for illegal content, to harass other people, or to overload or attack the platform. We may suspend accounts that break these rules and remove the content involved.
Plans and payments
Every account starts with a 14-day free trial. When it ends, if you do not choose a paid plan, the account stays on the Free plan with its limits; your projects and clips are kept.
Paid plans (Streamer, Pro and Agency) are charged in advance, monthly or yearly as you choose, in US dollars or Mexican pesos, taxes included, through Stripe. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. You can change plans or cancel whenever you want from Settings → Manage billing: when you cancel you keep the plan until the end of the paid period and then move to the Free plan. When you change plans mid-period, the difference is prorated.
Included minutes renew every month and do not roll over. Regenerating or editing clips does not use minutes. If a charge cannot be collected, Stripe will retry for a few days before the account moves to the Free plan. Each plan's limits are shown in Settings and on vyclo.studio.
Refunds
You can cancel at any time and keep the plan until the end of the paid period; we do not give prorated refunds for unused time or minutes. If you were charged by mistake (a duplicate charge, or a renewal you canceled in time), write to us at [email protected] within 30 days of the charge and we will refund the amount to the same payment method. None of this limits the rights granted to you by applicable consumer protection law.
Termination
You can delete your account whenever you want from Settings. We may close accounts for breaching these terms or if we stop offering the service, giving you reasonable notice when possible.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vyclo is not liable for indirect damages or for loss of content; always keep a copy of your original files.
