What people ask us most
Which videos can I use?
Twitch and Kick streams, YouTube videos, Google Drive or Dropbox files, an MP4 or a file from your computer. Videos several hours long work. You need rights to the video.
How long does it take?
The first clips arrive within minutes while the rest are processed; a two-hour stream gets its first clip in about three minutes. We email you when they are done.
Which languages does it support?
Transcription and captions work in English and Spanish, and captions can be translated into English, Spanish or Portuguese. The app itself is in Spanish today; English is coming.
Can I try it for free?
Yes. You get 14 days with 300 minutes in 1080p, no card required. After that you stay on the Free plan (60 minutes a month) unless you pick another one.
Do edits or regenerations use minutes?
No. Minutes are counted once per video; editing, trimming or regenerating clips never spends them.
Does it work for my team or my clients?
Pro and Agency include team seats. On Agency every client gets their brand and a link to approve clips without an account, plus the API and AI-assistant connection.
